The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a jacket and went back before 14 days to get it exchanged since it was the wrong size and had a damaged zip, yet they refused with no explanation. They did not have proper communication skills and could not give me a reason for their refusal to exchange the jacket. They told me to talk to the head office, however they could not give me a number or contact details for the head office- they just claimed that they are 'only working there' and do not know the details of the head office. The employees there had no idea what they were doing and could not talk English properly. They were also very aggressive with me, namely Ahmed and another Polish lady on the till who claimed she was the manager. ~My problem is that they could not give me a proper reason for refusing my exchange and also could not give me the details of the head office when I wanted fair customer attention. Please do not buy anything from this store! They sell damaged goods and then refuse to exchange them. I will be taking this matter further so that it can be handled more seriously. 24-02-20
