Stay away from this place !!! - I also have used this place few times for key cutting and I totally agree with the comment above, the person which I believe is the owner have no customer services relationship at all !

I had my watch strap changed there and when I got home I realised that the strap was in a different position, went back to ask to put in the correct position and for my disbelief he said that I COULD DO IT MYSELF !! I paid for a service that hasn't been done properly and this is what you get when you need after sales...

A bit further Crystal Palace train station there's a nice guy I used to go when I was living around there and from now on is the place to go if I need key cutting, shoes repair etc... 15-06-10

Use at your peril - I have used this place a number of times and each time I am treated with disdain and rudeness. I can usually get past grumpy customer services, but not the breaking of my precious Kurt Geigers. I am now going to go down the road and take my custom elsewhere, if you like your shoes in one piece, I recommend you do the same.
