unhelpful - very unhelpful, basically i broke a chain on my racer at epping forest and hoped they would do a stranded cyclist a tiny favour by lending me a link extractor, no the son wouldnt entertain anything as kind as that, he was a joke, they had a tool in the workshop but he would not let me borrow it for a minute to get me home, avoid it cyclists, they dont deserve a shop, they are unhelpful unfriendly and a joke with customer satisfaction..
