Service (Scheduled) 11 Macclesfield - I have watched from the Bus Station on numerous occasions as the No. 11 (usually see the 14.50) fills up with people. Usually between 10 and 15 older/disabled/impaired walk on without the driver issuing tickets. YOU ARE LOSING MONEY AS THIS CAN THEREFORE NOT BE CLAIMED BACK.

The driver sits reading and usually just seems to ignore his passengers. They can't use the luggage area as it is full of his gear. Is this a gypsy service? Does he live on the vehicle. Is this a customer/company aware individual. Will you speak and rectify. Bus station supervisor is aware.
