A poor experience of England - Dear Dan
Thank you for bringing this incident to our attention. We are very sorry that you had a problem on your recent visit to our store and would like to apologise for the quality of service you received.
At Subway, we strive to ensure that every customer’s visit is an enjoyable experience. However, it is clear that on this occasion we failed to achieve the high standards that we have set ourselves.
Please be assured that the staff member in question has been spoken to regarding the incident and warned about their future conduct. We have also taken the opportunity to provide the whole team with customer service training and featured this incident as part of a case study.
Therefore, although regrettable, the incident has provided us with an opportunity to learn and remind all our staff that at Subway, the customer is King.

Excellent Experience - Since watching the Biggest Loser, I decided to visit my local Subway store for the first time on Saturday. I advised the lady that I was not sure what to do, she very kindly went through the process with me. I chose a low fat sandwich (turkey and ham) with lashings of fresh salad..... It was delicious!!!!! The honey oat bread was fresh and tasty. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and patient with me. I strongly recommend this Subway shop for a great experience with healthy and fresh choices!
