HORRIBLE Lorenzo's off Cromwell Rd - This was the worst restaurant I have ever been to in London- bad service, horrible food, and we were completely ripped off!

They set down bread on our table and later charged us for it without telling us it was one pound per piece of stale, nasty bread. They brought us our "main dishes" with literally no sides- a tiny slice of lasagna in a tin pan that was eight quid and fettuccine with not so much as a piece of parsley.

When we made a complaint, the waiter smirked and was really rude. Our meal ended up being more than seventy quid with 15% gratuity added to it and not to mention this place smelled like the lieu. I had a horrible experience here and highly recommend avoiding this place.
