Worst Estate Agent Ever - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Had a 1 year lease on a property they were managing for the landlord.

1. Kept adding hidden "booking" and "agent" hidden fees on the tenancy.

2. Majorly understaffed and impossible to get hold of. When you did track them down they would take ages to get anything done.

3. Requested extra key at start of tenancy and didn't get one for the whole year (was copy proof key)

4. Left us without hot water for two weeks after boiler broke becuase the guy who dealt with this stuff was on holiday, and no-one else could get anything done.

5. Didnt return deposit for a month (despite legal obligation to return within 10 days)

6. Withheld part of deposit without justifying it, when we requested recipts or more details, they sent one cursary email in response and then proceeded to ignore all communications.
