Non Refundable Deposit - Beware!!!! - We have had a catalogue of bad experiences in attempting to buy a 2nd hand car from a dealership called 4 front Car Sales Limited in Eltham SE9 3 AJ. We would advise anyone being asked to part with a deposit in order to secure the car not to do so - because they do not honour their word. We were asked to provide a refundable deposit on the premis that should the vehicle not be mechanically sound after inspection by AA or RAC or other bonafide organisation that the amount would be refunded.

We are now taking them to court because they do not honour their word and are refusing to give me
my refund back. 15-10-08
