Breeze London Reviews

Breeze - great music venue and is really varied with the acts it puts on. It has a homely feel and the service is great. The food's a little expensive but worth it! Overall, a great place to go on Fridays!

Breeze is a great place - I visited the place 2 weeks ago with 2 mates.
It s a comfy place and clean..
The staff was very helpful and nice.
Overall, I think is worth a visit if you only want to catch up with your boys..
I really don't agree with Jack.
Cheers

owners response - Hi Jack, dont know who you are but firstly no one fears for their life in the bar, everyone is friendly & people comment on how friendly & welcoming we are. Secondly I doubt you have been in the bar as I dont serve Stella as I believe it has anti social behaviour written all over it & that is not what we are about. The word is England by the way & we do support the national team.

I can only think that maybe you are actually someone I have barred?

The bar always welcomes family orientated people who are not looking for trouble or causing it & no one in that catagory ever feels threatened, the bar staff & owners try to make everyone welcome.

breeze bar - im a local and a regular and i look after the cctv system in conjunction with the owners and the local police! i work for a large multi national electronic security company and we are all in the process of upgrading the cctv system with a dedicated entrance door face recognision cameras that records all entries and also the same for the rear entrance door. as well as other visible cctv cameras and some covert too so this will result in total protection and evidence recording.i am working in conjunction with the owners and licensing and local police to eliminate all trouble and possible trouble makers the system is remotly monitored as well where our central office stores all recordings and can access the system 24 hours a day 7 days a week so it cannot be deleted by a "friend" of said trouble makers the owners are very definate to promote a safe family environment and i have brought my family down to the bar and my 10 year old daughter which i do not do lightly! so charlie b i dont know what u were seeing but on the premises these actions do not exist! outside the premises the owners have no control although we do have several external cctv cameras covering front and rear so on the property it will be detected off the premises is a police issue.i love the atmosphere no attitude no gansters just ordinary working people winding down after work or relaxing at the weekend.so i recommend the breeze bar 100 percent and will continue to do so

Utter rubbish - I would like to comment on the fact a passer by can judge a bar that has come from a "villain pub" to a friendly fun and a family run bar in the short space of waiting for a bus how can you judge how it is run and what the people are like that own the bar or even drink in there I would personaly buy you a drink and introduce you to the family that own the bar and then afta you can write a comment, from a personal review on the bar the people that drink in the are a mix of people ranging from 21 to the older crowd with children who I often see in there on a Sunday afternoon in the so called garden there are music and kareoke nights that go on here to make your stay even more enjoyable if you take a bus to welling and look at a few pub there I'm shaw you will see a police van nearly every weekend that would put me of so please before you jump to a conclusion try the bar for yourself and as the saying goes never judge a book by it's cover .

Absolute Rubbish - I have been going to the bar for the last few months with friends and can honestly say the negative comments on this bar are rubbish, i have not once witnessed drug taking or deals as was put before and as for underage drinking i myself have been ID and my friends even though we are in our late 20's it is reassuring to know we are in the company of adults and not underage drinkers. this bar is a family bar that during the day i have no concerns with taking my goodnessson to whilst the football is on it is a very welcoming bar that often has entertainment on of a evening which is a good night before you stand outside watching the going ons from afar give the bar a try you will find yourself quite surprised

I like it! - I have been to Breeze Bar quite a few times now and totally disagree with the negative description of it. It is a local friendly bar which is strict on age and ID. There is always a nice atmosphere and you are made to feel welcome. As for what may or may not unfortunatley occur in the street outside should not reflect on the bar itself and the management have no power to police what goes on outside it's doors. I am a 26 year old female and have been asked for ID to prove my age every time i have been and compared to most places i've been locally it is not a very young crowd in there at all. I like this bar and think it is well managed and therefore a safe and enjoyable place to spend an evening.

In response - I like the effort you are making and good on you for trying to promote a no violence or drug policy.

The "garden" I am refering to is your fenced patio out the front. I've seen deals going on while waiting for buses and believe me some people in the Welling/Falconwood area are not shy in promoting the fact of what has just occured. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to work out what is happening. Skinhead on phone makes a call, shouts to his mate "YEAH! 15 mins bruv", 10 mins later a car pulls up past the bus stop, skinhead walks to the car, gets in, gets out within a min and the car drives off. You also need to sort out the policy on underage drinkers as I have seen girls who barely pass for 15 walk out with WKDs in hand.

You may think that drug taking is not going on, but belive you me it is.

Owners review - The Bar has been owned by Myself,my Husband Lenny & my Son Jay since August last year. I am an accountant, My Husband is a Gas fitter & My Son works in Banking. There are no plastic gangsters in the Bar,nor is there any trouble in the bar. It is a family run business for Family minded people, we have a Dartboard, karaoke nights & resident singer. Our customers are local people.

We work closely with the local Police to keep trouble from our door & the local area. Our neighbours are friends & we work together for the good of our community. We DO NOT tolerate drugs or violence in the bar and the police are kept up to date with any concerns we may have.

The bar does not have "dodgy Crims" in it & as for dodgy deals in the garden.. we do not have a garden.

The bar did have severe problems up until 3 years ago & I have heard alot of stories regarding its past but that was then & this is now.

Please come & see for yourself. Dont be shocked if you see a police man walk into the bar our local police do sometimes pop in to make sure we are all ok.
