rex hotel in shepherd bush road - Hello I came from Italy and I have been in the rex hotel situated in the shepherd bush road.
I want to give a bad feedback to the hotel since our room was very dirty especially the bed and the bath sheets when we arrived the first day and the following days.
Most of the rooms do not have a toilet inside it while the web site photos of the hotel shows rooms with toilet.
Also they asked us to pay in advance all our entire stay in the hotel, so that when we realize of the bad conditions of the room we couldn't have go away.
