india jane furniture - The furniture is fairly expensive for what it is but it's in the spirit of the moment, heavily influenced by Asia. I found the perfect piece, a £325 little cabinet for a corner in my house I have been trying to furnish for a while. It was expensive for a piece of painted wood but the size was right. Service was really poor. The piece on display was scratched and the salesperson told me she would call me to let me know if there were more pieces in the warehouse. She never called. I went back to the store and ordered one from the warehouse. When it came, it was scratched. There was another display unit which was in reasonable condition but looking underneath, I saw a sticker was showing from below the lacquer and peeling off. The salesperson indicated I could easily cover the peel with black nail varnish. At £325 a pop, I don't put nail varnish on my furniture. I recommend OKA, same style, much nicer salespeople, and better quality/style/price ratio. 20-12-11
