New hairstyle? - I am in the process of growing out my blonde hair and have darker roots. I went to Artisan to see if they could blend my roots by adding highlights. They did and burnt my hair off. I now have 2 inch stubbly bits and have had to go to another hairdresser to have my chin length bob cut short all over. I did go back bt all they want to do is 'take care' of my hair not refund or offer any compensation. In other words they couldnt give a damn. Dont go there unless you need a drastic change!! 28-10-10
