Very clean.&friendly - I am wheelchair bound despite that they helped my husband get the wheelchair up and down the steps...also very friendly.we are hoping to stay one night for when he comes up on 20th for his hospital assessment.Then hoping they will have me.When hubby goes in on the 26th for his major opp i will need to be somewhere close to him.Europen is the hotel i would like again.my room was on ground floor despite the large step.. 12-03-13
