One of London's greatest attractions, Tower Bridge Experience boasts an exciting exhibition in their twin towers. There is a panoramic view that overlooks the Docklands and the City. Great fun for the children as they have interactive computers and working models. Educational visits are warmly welcomed and guided tours are provided. They also have a gift shop that sells a wide range of souvenirs. Closed on 24th and 25th December and 17th January. Conference and event facilities are available for up to 250 visitors.

Great Views -- Worth the money - We had an 8 year old boy staying with us over the weekend, and his mother I hasten to add so things to do a plenty were required.
So after the Wheel and a few good walks we made our way up to the Tower Bridge Exp ...
Normal prices I gather are £6.50 at the door but if you book it as I did through Visitlondon.com you can get it for £5. We went on the Sat before the gods unleashed the snow on us and boy oh boy what a few I would defo say that is better than the Wheel....Anyway you go up in what I can only describe as the largest lift I have ever been in a a very chatty and funny eastern European women who was all to happy to chat as I said and have a joke with you. You reach the summit and there are films on to inform you about when , why , etc etc about the bridge and I can say that there is no rush , everything is at your own pace so that is nice. Then when you have furnished your old chap with info you go out onto the Walkways and BOY OH BOY as I said what a view indeed , TAKE A CAMERA please...and you can bimble up and down both the East and west walk ways until you heart is content..there are some interactive things to do that will keep you happy about historical facts....all the staff are well informed and very keen to talk with you and offer any answers to any questions that you may have....I did not do the Engine room tour as said 8 year old wanted to do something else...maybe another day.... 03-02-09
