horrible experience - I've been using this money exchange regularly since I moved to London over 6 months ago, and the service had been adequate until today. I am an extremely low maintenance customer, and having worked in the service industry for many,many years I understand the feeling when businesses and workers get busy. But today there was no excuse for the way I was treated. I do not ever complain about service unless it is beyond horrible, but I can guarantee that I will never set foot in this establishment again. I was treated extremely rudely by the man behind the counter, so much so that I was almost in tears by the end of the transaction. I cannot believe the behavior that this worker could get away with. I do not advise anyone to use this service. Just 500 feet down the road are many other establishments where you will be treated with respect as a customer should be treated. Because of today, they have lost all of my business for the duration of my living in London, as well as the potential business from my friends and family.
