David Buchanan- 'Manager' - Having cancelled my membership at Cannons after over a year's membership because I was moving down to Dorset, I received a letter from him saying that I owed another month's subscription, a not-insignificant £69.

Despite leaving numerous messages and sending a number of emails for David on the matter, and despite the fact there were no monies outstanding, I received no feedback from David or Cannons, and was eventually greeted with a letter from their debt collection agency, who I found to be as unprofessional and rude as David himself.

So a word to the wise...watch out for David Buchanan. And when you cancel your membership, get it in writing from them, because otherwise they will do their best to get (aka steal) an extra month of your hard earned cash.
